• Tonal washes and overlay glazes in sky; sunset+ water
• Coloured ground / negative drawing to emphasise space,perspective or bring objects closer or fade into background with mid colour as ground
• Impressionist style dots as brain suggestion of movement and shape? Develop this idea?

• Translucent wash
